Should You Go Small or Big?
Most people when heard about VRE site, they usually think of a big, fat, content-rich sites that attract visitors like a magnet attracts metal shavings. The site is not just a dozens visitors per day but thousands visitors coming to their site each and every day and earn a substantial amount of Adsense earning or affiliate commission.
It is very possible if they have a good promotional strategy of their VRE site. However, there are plenty of possibilities to make a nice income using the Virtual Real Estate methods which will be laid out later with a smaller and tighter niche. This is also the recommended method for you to get started, to start small but still get a nice paid!
Let’s say you find a particular sub-niche for a very particular type of product with only a handful of relevant keywords that look promising and it appears as if you’ll be able to rule top spots for those terms very quickly. The question is, should you run away from this niche because of its inherent size limitations or try to dominate this niche before anyone else?
The answer is clear. You should put everything you know to attack that kind of niche and dominate it as quickly as you can with the resource you have. Even if it just earns you $9.95 per year, it will cover the domain name registration and hosting expenses for that niche. Once you VRE site is up, the maintenance work required to stay toward the top is usually minimal relative to high competition niche. You don’t have to spend too much time updating and promoting it like you would for a competitive niche. If you break it down based on the amount of work involved, creating these smaller VRE niche site can offer better return on investment especially if you are doing it all by yourself.
